Olutech iCare Repairs Portal
1. Diagnostics & registration fee
Basic diagnostics are free. The registration fee of ₦1,000 is used to open and maintain your repair profile (ticket, communication, and basic checks) and is non-refundable.
2. Approval before repair
No paid repair work will be carried out on your device until you have been informed of the repair cost and you have given your approval (usually via WhatsApp, phone, or the portal).
3. Device condition & pre-existing faults
Olutech iCare will handle your device with care. However, we are not responsible for any pre-existing faults, hidden damage, or issues that are discovered during diagnostics.
4. Data & backups
You are responsible for backing up all important files and data before handing over your device. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that your data will be preserved during diagnostics or repair.
5. Pickup & delivery
Pickup may be free within supported areas (as shown on the booking form). Delivery back to your address may attract an additional fee which will be communicated to you in advance.
6. Collection of completed repairs
Once you are notified that your repair is ready, you are expected to pick up the device within 7 days. After this period, storage or handling charges may apply.
7. Limited warranty (where applicable)
Any warranty offered on a specific repair will be clearly communicated on your invoice or receipt. Warranty covers only the exact repair carried out and does not cover new or unrelated faults.
